The government has failed to solve this problem and is trying legislation to decrease demand but is not successful in increasing supply of power.
This forum has been developed in order to try to solve this problem by ourselves.
The first idea is that the government with the cooperation of public sector should raise finance by initiating an optional monthly payroll deduction of any amount (say Rs. 10, 20, 50, 100) from employees which will be in a form of secured loan from employees to the government. The government should ensure that the amount will be spent to solve their problem.
